Front Office/Billing
Maddie, Admin Manager/Billing Coordinator - North
Maddie is the Insurance Biller and Administrative Manager at our North Location. She has been in the dental field for 5 years now and enjoys what she does because she is still learning something new every day while giving someone confidence to smile again. She attended Eastern Washington University for three years and transferred to Spokane Falls Community College to finish her degree. She is currently engaged and has a three-year-old beautiful daughter, a wonderful baby boy that is two years old, as well as two dogs. In her free time, Maddie enjoys spending it with her family taking camping trips, or finding new adventures.
Billie, Treatment Plan Coordinator - South
Billie is the treatment plan coordinator for the South Hill Location. She has been in the dental field for 30 years with experience as a hygiene coordinator and dental assistant. She enjoys all the challenges treatment coordinating brings and she is eager to get the insurance coverage patients deserve. Billie has been married for thirty- four years. In her free time, Billie enjoys spending time with her two sons that both graduated from Eastern Washington University with Business/ Finance degrees. Her hobbies are baking and gardening. She is also a licensed manicurist. Anyone close to Billie knows she loves coffee and chocolate.
Madison, Admin Manager/Billing Coordinator - Valley
Madison initially joined our team as a treatment coordinator in 2021; however, she quickly filled the shoes as Cascade’s operations manager in January of 2023. Madison is an Eastern Washington University alumnus, with a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration. Madison aims to provide a comfortable, stress-free, and fulfilling dental experience for every patient. She has a passion for exceeding expectations and developing long-term patient relationships through individualized care. Outside of the office, Madison enjoys spending quality time with her two fur babies, Teddy and Tito. She also loves traveling, dining out, and spending time with her loved ones.
Tera, Hygiene Coordinator – North
Coming from a family of dental care professionals, Tera has been in the dental world most of her life. She has three years of dental administrative experience; however, she recently joined Cascade’s team as Hygiene Coordinator for the North Location. Tera takes pride in her role of educating patients on the importance of preventative care and ensuring patient’s have a full understanding of their insurance benefits. She is a mother of two and a wife of 17 years. Tera’s hobbies are reading, eating, skydiving, and hanging out with friends and family.
Saundra, Treatment Coordinator - North
Saundra is our Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Liaison, she has been working in the dental field for 3 years. Saundra’s favorite part of her job is the face to face connections she has with patients, and the honor of being able to ease patient’s worries when it comes to dental anxiety and financial burdens. Saundra is from Alaska and in her free time enjoys hiking, hunting, camping, baking, and gardening. She is currently expecting her first baby girl and is very excited for her new adventure!
Alleana, Treatment Coordinator - Valley
Alleana recently joined Cascade’s team as the Treatment Coordinator for the North Location. Alleana played volleyball at Spokane Falls Community College, where she received her AA in Biology. She is now continuing her education in pre-med at Whitworth University. Alleana loves being around people, her goal is to ensure patients feel welcome and have a great experience here at Cascade Dental Care. When not at work; Alleana loves to play volleyball, spend time with friends and family, and try new places to eat.
Brittney, Hygiene Coordinator - South
Brittney started at Cascade Dental Care in February 2022, and has been in the dental field for 13 years. She has been married to her husband for 11 years, has an 18 year old daughter, and two fur babies. Outside of work she enjoys kayaking, traveling, and tennis.
Assistants
Sarah
Sarah been an assistant for 11 years and received her training at Spokane Community College. Sarah’s favorite part about her job is doing in-depth, complicated procedures because it makes the day go by faster, while expanding her knowledge even after being an assistant for so long. Outside of her work she enjoys riding horses and focuses most of her time in Historical European Equitation.
Chelsea
Chelsea is the Supplies and Ordering Manager for all three of Cascades Locations. She moved here in 2020 from Yakima WA, graduated from Dental Assisting school in 2018 and has been an assistant since then. Chelsea’s biggest passion with her job is seeing patients achieve the smile of their dreams. When she’s not working, she is spending my time in the great outdoors or on the couch enjoying scary movies while knitting, with an ice-cold corona.
Sam
Sam has been with Cascade for two years and graduated from Carrington College. Her biggest passion is to care for her patients like family. Sam loves to watch her patients achieve the smile they deserve. She is originally from Seattle, but moved to the Spokane area around 9 years ago. In her free time, Sam enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their twenty-three pound cat, Hank. Sam loves traveling , going to concerts , and trying new places to eat.
Kristina
Kristina has been a dental assistant with Cascade for two years and has been in the dental field for five years. She enjoys the dental community and making patients feel confident about their smile. Her relaxed and joyful personality offers a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Kristina is bilingual, she speaks fluently in Russian and English. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors; hiking, snowboarding, and going on walks with husband and fur baby, Bella.
Anastasiya
Anastasiya is a dental assistant and Cascade’s marketing liaison. Graduating from Spokane Community College, Anastasiya has been in the dental field for five years. She enjoys collaborating with her peers to deliver high-quality patient care. Anastasiya’s bright and bubbly personality provides a joyful and relaxed dental visit for all our patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time her husband and cat, Tuna! Anastasiya has a passion for photography, traveling, discovering florist shops, and visiting local coffee shops. If she’s not in the office, she’s spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, or playing tennis. Anastasiya also speaks fluent Russian!
Jane
Jane joined the Cascade dental team in 2021. She graduated from SCC in 1997 as a certified dental assistant. She is a Spokane native and has over 16 years of experience in the dental field. Jane works side by side with our doctors to help plan and deliver treatment to patients. She stays by the patient’s side during their whole procedure to ensure their comfort and to answer any questions. Her personal goal is to build a lasting relationship with patients and be someone they can trust. She enjoys learning new things about dentistry and ensuring that our patients have the best dental experience. When asked what she likes best about working here she said, “I’m honored to work with such amazing doctors and staff. We have such a fun, relaxed, and comfortable environment that we provide for patients with a high level of experience, knowledge, and professionalism.” In Jane’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, being outdoors, and camping.
Cali
Cali is new to the dental field, but has worked in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant prior to joining our team. Cali received her Dental Assisting training by completing 180 hours of in-office training here at Cascade Dental Care. Cali's favorite part about the job is making sure our patients feel comfortable during their time in the dental chair, along with creating a trusting relationship where each patient feels heard and understood. She enjoys assisting on all procedures, but has a lot of interest assisting during extraction and implant procedures. During her free time Cali likes to explore the outdoors with her 2 pups, work-out, paint, and loves to cook!
Christiann
Christiann Arbini graduated from North Idaho College with her dental assistant certification in 2003. She has been a dental assistant for 20 years working in Idaho and Washington. She enjoys the advancing technologies the dental industry has offered over so many years. This has allowed for growth in her knowledge and skills as a dental assistant, which helps her deliver her best care to patients.She is extremely active in the outdoors from skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter. To hiking, camping, backpacking, & kayaking in the summer. Her year round hobbie which fuels her passion is doing Triathlons. She can be found most days swimming, biking, or running.
Hygienists
Chandler
lChandler is the primary hygienist for our South Hill location, but occasionally can be found at our North Spokane or Spokane Valley offices! She completed her dental hygiene education in Springfield, Missouri. Before moving to Spokane in 2019, Chandler practiced in Missouri for 4 years and absolutely loves what she does! In her downtime; she loves reading, traveling, cooking, spending time with her fiancé and step-daughter, and soaking up the outdoors as much as possible.
Bonnie
Bonnie graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2000 with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. While attending LLU she met her husband, Dr. Cliff Cullings, who is also a part of Cascade Dental Care. Bonnie and Dr. Cliff Cullings graduated together and the rest was history. Bonnie aims to exceed all our patient’s expectations through her warm and outgoing personality. She has had some amazing opportunities over the past 23 years working
in the dental field. She has worked general dentistry, taught clinicals at EWU dental hygiene clinic, and worked in a Periodontal specialist’s office. Bonnie’s various experiences in the dental field has allowed her to meet amazing patients and colleagues. In her free time, Bonnie has a passion for anything that involves the outdoors and nature! She loves to ride her horses, go on hikes with her dog, and most of all watch her kids play sports!
Liya
My family and I moved to the United States from Ukraine over 20 years ago. It has been a privilege to complete my dental hygiene degree at EWU and a real blessing to have this opportunity to care for the many wonderful patients here at Cascade. I feel very passionate about the work I do here as a dental hygienist in helping my patients achieve their oral health goals. Outside of the office, I enjoy volleyball during the summertime, skiing in the winter months, and spending time with my husband and daughter in our beautifully renovated downtown parks.
