Natalie
Admin - South Hill Spokane
Originally from Moscow, ID, and after spending 5 years living on Maui, she moved to Spokane in 2020. She has been in the dental field since 2022 and has enjoyed helping patients navigate their appointments and understand their insurance. Outside of the office Natalie's favorite past time is to travel, and she is often planning her next trip. Natalie is also an avid reader, a decent baker, a master at movie quotes, and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Dawn
Admin - North Spokane
Dawn grew up in the Columbia Gorge area and moved to Spokane in 1984. She graduated from Mead High School. She has over 25 years of customer service experience. She has worked as an executive assistant in the electrical industry, then was a stay at home mom for several years. She was in the investment industry for 8 years and at a wellness clinic for the last 3 years. She has been married for 30 years and we have 3 adult children. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and sightseeing with my husband, along with activities like skiing, boating, exercising and relaxing with a good book. Her biggest goal is to see all the national parks and to go to 6 continents.
Lindsi
Admin - North Spokane
Grew up in Colville & Mead since the 90's, started as front desk in a dental office in 2000, 4 kids, 3 grandkids, 2 German Shepard's. Loves getting to know and chatting with our patients, enjoys kayaking, arts and crafts and time spent with friends and family.
Aileen
Admin - Spokane Valley
Born in Fort Worth, Texas and raised in Spokane, Washington, Aileen is a proud graduate of Gonzaga University, and brings a strong sense of community and dedication to everything she does. When not at work, you’ll likely find her exploring the Pacific Northwest enjoying time outside with friends and family, antique shopping, practicing Pilates, or trying anything that utilizes her creative side.
Brooklynn
Admin - Spokane Valley
Brooklynn has been with Cascade Dental Care since May of 2023, and has been in the dental field since 2021. She is one of our front office administrators at the Spokane Valley location, and she also helps in our Billing Department. Brooklynn has been married since 2024, and has one baby girl. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, and being outdoors with her family.

Revenue Cycle Manager
Rachel has over 25 years in the dental industry. Her primary focus has been on insurance claims, benefits and patient accounts. Rachel loves to help patients navigate the tricky world of insurance. She is a Spokane local and EWU alum.
In her time away from the office she enjoys outdoor activities, Broadway shows and RV travel with her husband. As a true Spokane family, her household contains a Zag alum, two Eag alums and a Coug. She roots for them all.
Jessica
Office Manager
Originally from California but has traveled the world, Jessica is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran with a passion for hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping others and has been in dental since 2007. Her professional background is diverse, from aircraft maintenance and dental assisting to management and creative work as a licensed manicurist. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and has completed specialized training in Crime Scene Investigation (CSI).
She loves understanding how things work, finding solutions, and creating systems that make people’s lives easier and happier. She brings dedication, curiosity, and a service-driven mindset to everything she does whether it’s fixing an aircraft, improving a process in dental management, or simply brightening someone’s day.

Anastasiya
Assistant - North Spokane
Anastasiya has been a dental assistant since 2018, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Whether she is prepping the treatment room, assisting during procedures, or chatting with patients to ease their nerves, her goal is always to create a warm, smooth, and supportive experience. She is bilingual and fluent in Russian , which allows her to connect with wider range of patients and help them feel understood and at ease. Outside of dental office, Anastasyia and her husband love cruise, play pool, and explore new restaurants- they are total foodies! When she is relaxing at home, you'll usually find her cooking, reading, or getting a good workout in. She has two sweet cats, Tuna and Theo, and excited to welcome their baby girl at the end of December. I'm passionate about patient care, teamwork, and creating positive dental experiences, and is always grateful for the opportunity to help every smile feel a little brighter.

Assistant - North Spokane
Britiany is a dental assistant who brings skill, compassion, and a bright smile to every patient she meets.
Whether she's perfecting a procedure setup or easing someone's nerves, Britiany makes the dental chair feel a little less scary and a lot more welcoming. When she's off the clock, you can find her hanging out with her dogs, dominating trivia nights, or knocking down pins at the bowling alley.

Assistant - North Spokane
Keona is a dental assistant here at Cascade Dental Care and she loves helping patients have a positive experience at the dentist. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their baby girl, Willow. She has three Labrador retrievers, which speaks volumes about her love for the breed! In her free time, she enjoys fishing, hunting, going for walks, and spending quality time with her family.

Assistant - North Spokane
Pricilla is originally from California and loves calling Spokane home. When she’s not in the office, you can find her outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, or soaking up the sunshine any chance she gets. She’s been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2020, and she truly loves helping patients feel confident and proud of their smiles. She chose dentistry because she enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming, comfortable experience where everyone feels at ease and cared for.

Assistant - Spokane Valley
Melissa, born and raised in Washington, is a dental assistant with a passion for helping patients feel comfortable, and cared for. She strives to make every dental visit a positive experience. In her free time, she likes to unwind on the hiking trails or at a good line-dancing night.
Blair
EFDA - Spokane Valley
Blair, has been a dental assistant for about 8 years. She moved from Alaska to Spokane to attend the Dental Assisting Program. After graduating in 2018, she went back for an additional year to get her license to specialize in placing fillings. When not at work Blair is either at the gym or being a dog mom to 3 corgis.
Maleah
Assistant - South Hill Spokane
Maleah is a dedicated dental assistant who earned her degree in 2023. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Outside of the office, Maleah enjoys painting, reading, and exploring various creative outlets. She is proud to be part of a team that prioritizes exceptional care, a positive environment, and an abundance of smiles, both within the practice and beyond

Assistant & EFDA - South Hill Spokane
Kristina, one of our skilled dental assistants! A true Spokane native, she’s rooted in the local community, having attended Lewis and Clark High School and later earning her Dental Assisting and EFDA certifications from Spokane Community College. With seven years and counting in the dental field, Kristina is fluent in both Russian and English and dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable. Her favorite part of the job is helping patients achieve their dream smiles. Outside of work, you can find Kristina hanging out outdoors with her husband and two kiddos.

Hygienist - Spokane Valley
Originally from a small town in Iowa, Karlee brings a warm, down-to-earth touch to every patient she meets. She’s always known she wanted to work in the dental field, and helping people feel more confident in their smile has been her biggest motivation from day one.
Karlee is known for her gentle care, easy laugh, and the way she somehow makes even a dental cleaning feel relaxing (or at least not scary!).
When she’s not in the office, you can usually find her with her dog, exploring new places, or counting down the days until ski season. She believes a good smile can change your whole day, and she’s here to help you love yours.
Chandler
Hygienist - South Hill Spokane
Chandler has been practicing as a dental hygienist since 2016 and has been passionate about healthy smiles ever since—partly because she grew up in a small town in Missouri where everyone knows if you missed your cleaning. She loves helping patients feel comfortable, even the ones who insist they always floss (she knows the truth). When she’s not in the office, Chandler enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, soaking up fresh air that doesn’t smell like fluoride.

Katie is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) committed to empowering my patients with the knowledge and tools they need for optimal oral health. My goal is to make my operatory a welcoming and comfortable space for everyone. This is my second career, and I absolutely love my work!
I've been a Spokane resident for over 25 years and am raising identical twin boys. We are huge animal lovers—we'd have a whole menagerie if we could!
Shannon
Hygienist - North Spokane
Shannon grew up in Spokane and has been a dedicated dental hygienist for 28 years. Known for her gentle touch and commitment to patient care, she brings experience and warmth to every appointment. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys snowboarding, paddle boarding, gardening and playing piano. She also loves taking part in dental humanitarian trips to other countries, where she shares her skills to help those in need.

As a first-generation immigrant, I’m grateful for the opportunity to have earned my dental hygiene degree through EWU. I truly enjoy serving the wonderful patients at Cascade Dental and building meaningful relationships with them. I’m passionate about my work and strive each day to help patients achieve their oral-health goals. Outside the office, I enjoy pickleball in the summer, skiing in the winter, and spending time with my husband and our two wonderful children in our beautiful downtown parks.
