Dr. Walker was born and raised in Helena, Montana. He graduated from Carroll College in Montana with bachelor degrees in Biology and Psychology. He next went on to graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After practicing with Metropolitan Dental Associates, a large group practice in Minneapolis for 5 years, Dr. Walker moved to Spokane, Washington. Rob established Cascade Dental Care in Spokane in 1993.

With the help of his great patients, doctors and staff, the practice has grown to 3 locations with offices in North Spokane, the South Hill and the Spokane Valley. He and his wife, Eileen, had 4 sons who graduated from Gonzaga Prep High School.

Dr. Van Gemert was raised in Spokane and attended Gonzaga prep High School. He attended the University of Idaho, earning a Bachelors of science Degree and an MBA at Gonzaga University. Dr. Van Gemert then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan Dental School followed by an advanced residency in general dentistry from Baylor-Texas A&M in Dallas, TX.

Dr. Van Gemert's clinical interests focus on patient education, disease prevention, and restoring smiles using the latest technology and aesthetic techniques.
